Hi everyone 👋

I’m Clara Vega. I’ve spent 20+ years in IT and 10+ years in the Atlassian ecosystem—mostly behind the scenes: working with customers, untangling real-life workflows, and finding practical ways to solve everyday problems using Atlassian + Marketplace apps.

Recently, I made a big move: I joined the vendor side and I’m now part of Simpleasyty.

What excites me most is keeping things… well, simple. As @Mia Tamm _Simpleasyty_ likes to say: “Simple is the path, easy is the feeling.” That’s the kind of product thinking I love—small changes that remove friction and make teams faster without adding complexity.

You’ll probably see me around:

• sharing patterns I’ve seen across many teams (the “this comes up every week” kind)
• learning from how you’re using Jira/Confluence in the real world
• and listening for pain points we can simplify

Biggest annoyances for me:

1. Atlassian documentation pages do not have a date indicating when they were last updated, so I don't know if a page reflects recent changes to features.
2. Announcements/documentation pages do not have a clear statement at the top saying, "This feature only applies to X and Y plans." Or maybe one saying, "This doesn't apply to the plan you have, but, as soon as you ignore it long enough, we're going to roll it out to you and assume that you are fully aware of what it does."
