Happy Wednesday Everyone!

We are only a couple of days away from Christmas, and given how much everyone enjoyed building a story a few weeks ago, I thought this was the perfect time to bring it back again.

I'll get everyone started:

T'was the day before Christmas and the Admins were busy.

Alright everyone, let's build an awesome Christmas story!

Inside it was snowing new issues because part of the network was down.

The network is down! What could be the matter? Then came the sound of AWS us-east in a clatter.

The DevOps Team sprang to life! Move our instance to another region they demanded in strife!

But the other regions had issues too. As timeouts were reached, bells started ringing, and notifications started flowing. To save the system a miracle was needed. Luckily Mr Claus was on call.

The Admins wished for a speedy network recovery inside their heart, and instantly called up Mr. Claus for a miraculous support for resolving their incident within the SLA of "Before Christmas"!
