I'm thrilled and honored to be joining the Atlassian Success Champions community. I'm a Senior Product Owner at TotalEnergies, where I lead our Atlassian ecosystem strategy across Jira and Confluence.

We're currently kicking off a major milestone: our Cloud migration for 7,000 users. It's an exciting (and challenging!) journey, and I'm looking forward to learning from this network of peers who've navigated similar large-scale transformations, swapping best practices, avoiding common pitfalls, and building the internal enablement programs that make Cloud adoption stick (specially Rovo AI)

Welcome, Mauricio! A Cloud migration for 7,000 users is a huge milestone. I'd be especially interested to hear what works well for driving Rovo adoption at that scale once you're further into the rollout. Best of luck!
