Happy Friday, Community! (And Good Friday or Passover to those who celebrate!)
Spring cleaning traditions exist across many cultures. In Persia, New Year happens in March, and celebrations begin with a thorough cleaning. In Thailand, the Songkran New Year in April includes cleaning inside and outside before engaging into joyful water festivals where people splash each other in the streets, symbolically washing away the past year.
Is there anything, a thing or a habit, you would like to let go of this spring?
That's a hard one to let go of, but definitely worth it! 💜

Ye I going Marry in 2 weeks and in 3 weeks IML March 2x57KM in Boras so definitely worth to drop this unhealthy thing 😅🤠
I don't set any resolutions for the new year, but I do think spring lends itself nicely to a refresh of my goals for the year. I don't have anything in particular to "let go of," but am mostly thinking about how to refresh some of my health-related goals. I'd also really like to spend some time doing literal spring cleaning of a few parts of my house in the coming weeks!
I need to let go of snacking too close to bed time! That's my bad habit I want to Spring-clean away.
