My journey as an Atlassian Community Leader ..oops Community Champion , began four years ago amidst the uncertainties of Covid. As a dedicated Atlassian Marketplace partner at VIEW26, Atlassian products have always been central to my professional life. Driven by my passion for technology and community, stepping up as the Atlassian Community Events (ACE) leader for Kochi, my beloved hometown, felt like a natural next step.
Initially, the challenge was significant—reviving a dormant chapter was no small feat, especially during a period when in-person interactions were limited. We adapted quickly, embracing online events and virtual interactions to keep our community thriving. Over the past year, however, we've joyfully transitioned back to vibrant, engaging offline events, bringing together passionate Atlassian users and enthusiasts in Kochi.
Being part of the Atlassian Community has offered me incredible opportunities to connect, share, and grow. I've witnessed firsthand how community interactions spark innovation, learning, and genuine friendships. Our Community Manager, Tamana, has consistently provided unwavering support, readily addressing issues and enthusiastically embracing new ideas. A highlight was last year’s inaugural India Community Champions Workshop—a milestone that reinforced our bonds and commitment.
Today, as we explore exciting advancements in AI and witness continuous evolution across the Atlassian platform, the community feels more vibrant and engaging than ever. The perks, ranging from becoming a Certified Expert to attending incredible TEAM events, have significantly enriched my professional and personal growth.
