The Evolution of a Team

It started as an experiment. Coming from a People and Culture (HR) background, our team was tasked with a simple mission: explore Jira and see if it could move the needle on our internal productivity.

What started as a trial has evolved into a full-scale movement. Today, we are proud to be known as People Platforms and Analytics. We are no longer just managing people; we are building the technological infrastructure that empowers them to do their best work.

A Milestone for Service Delivery

We recently reached a major milestone by onboarding additional 200 team members from our Service Delivery group—the vital marketing and sales arm of our company. By migrating their workflows to Jira, we’ve provided them with a centralized hub to monitor client orders and requests with precision.

The Big Win

Our team was honored to be invited to their Townhall yesterday to celebrate this successful integration. This isn’t just a win for our department; it’s a win for the entire organization as we embrace a more data-driven, transparent way of working.

What’s Next?

We aren't stopping here. We are already gearing up for the next phase, onboarding even more departments and continuing to prove that HR can—and should—be a driver of technological innovation.

My only complaint is that the Project Godzilla team doesn't include Godzilla (or even just someone dressed up as Godzilla!)
