Hi,
I am new to trello, and hoping someone can help me. I would like to create a sales process for my team that each employee could use to track their progress for each prospect the meet with. Almost like a living checklist.
Example of vision : Sales process needs to always do X Y Z
Client 1 is in Y stage Client 2 in X and I can see all of this.
Is this possible?
Hi @Mark Teguns
I'm Violetta from the Planyway team:)
I believe that it'd be handy to use a Kanban Trello board together with a calendar view for all sales appointments and deadlines. You can make a board split by deal stages with Trello lists. A card can be a prospect and inside you can create tasks.
Then you can schedule cards on the calendar or timeline split by team members with Planyway power-up. Or you can either schedule checklist items. Also, if needed, you can set up Google Calendar integration so that sales managers can easily schedule meetings with customers.
Here's our Sales use case: https://planyway.com/templates/sales
Let me know if you have any question:)
Hi @Mark Teguns ,
welcome to the community!
I would suggest taking a look at Crmble Power-Up and Crmble templates. You will get how to make Trello a CRM step by step in a few seconds!
I hope it helps!
Cheers
Toni
