How I can cancel the free subscription on trello?
I am using Trello for tracking project on university. I needed only to download a csv file of my board and I want to cancel it.
When I am going to workspace settings and then to Billing I cannot cancel it
Hi @venera_miloshevska - Welcome to the community! Are you going to the billing page on the web version of Trello? It won't be available in the app. Just to reiterate on the instructions on the web version, expand the sidebar and click Settings > Billing. Click the "Cancel" link at the bottom of the page (I noticed you have to scroll down to see the "Cancel" button). If this does not work, be advised that after 14 days your free trial will be cancelled if you do not enter a credit card.

This is an extremely confusing user experience. What if a workplace member subscribed to it without my approval? I am worried throughout the 14 days whether I will be charged or not because there is no Cancel button anywhere! Why can't Trello give a dedicated Cancel button at the bottom of the page, during the 14 days of Trial? Just like every other subscription service out there?
