Your Feedback Needed: Bulk Actions & AI Time Blocking in Trello Planner

👋🏻 Hi everyone,

Lex here from the Trello Product Management team! We’re exploring some new ideas and would love your input. We’re looking at:

  • Bulk actions: quickly archive, copy, move, or label many cards in one go.

  • AI-powered time blocking: making it easier to schedule focused work time directly in Trello Planner.

If either of these features sound useful to you, we’d love to chat and hear your feedback.

Yes, please do Time Blocking. It will be beneficial for me and other people who depend on strict schedules. I also like the bulk feature idea,  I have numerous lists with many cards.

Any bulk action is welcome. I'm now stuck with an incredible workload to keep things going; Everyday my teams creates 5 lists per board. There is a max of 4000 lists per board but no way to delete them. Those boards fill up after a few years.

Now I have this: users rename older lists to 'done' and use a board button that moves those 'done' lists to a Trash board (where they also should be a member of) Then I use a board button that moves all 'done' lists from the Trash board to a Delete board (my housekeeping task). If this one fills up, I can close the Trash board and delete it completely and create a new one with the same name. (where not everybody has to be a member of). Please, please tell me there is an easier way to bulk delete lists. The fact that I cannot delete cards and lists is appreciated (archive+security) but really not practical.
However: deleting a full board is no problem?

I have an idea, put the buttons directly onto the cards!
