new inbox, planner and subscriptions

Hi

I was wondering with the new planner and inbox how the subscriptions will work.

as now, you have free, premium or standard subscription on workspace level. not at an account level.

how does that work when i have a premium subscription on workspace A, and free on workspace B.
what will i be able to use then in planner and inbox? as these are person related and not workspace. So which subscription will be taken in account?

can i plan tasks from the premium workspace in the planner and not the free workspace?

what about the inbox, when will it decide to us AI and when not to use AI? it is send to personal inbox and not to a workspace.

or is this the first step to a new subscription policy?

Hi @Femke Lucassen

Lots of individual productivity capabilities are available in Trello Free plan: Inbox, quick to-do capture apps for Slack, Teams or mobile, basic version of Planner.

To take advantage of the most interesting capabilities, like AI summaries for incoming to-dos or Planner focus time, one need to be a member in any paid workspace, on any paid plan.

For example, you can be a member of a Standard workspace which you are using by yourself only. Or, you can be a member of a Premium workspace where you collaborate with your team. In either scenario, the fact you are a paid Trello user (at least in one paid workspace) unlocks all new individual productivity capabilities.
