Hello - I’m a bit frustrated at the moment. :) It’s taken me about 2 years (not trying super hard till recent) to find a way to use trello in a single user environment. Don’t get me started in the lack of feature parity in the mobile app. I’ve needed to use the browser view on both devices.
In the last few weeks I finally came to the conclusion that I can label my cards with a macro level indicator like Big Rock and then have Enablers marked as well. I simply want to get a macro view of all my cards that have these labels. Why is this so hard? It certainly can’t be done in the mobile apps. Well, it can, and the anemic global search lis is quite bad in terms of visual hierarchy that it’s unusable. I much prefer a Table view… since I have 30-40 rocks and pebbles(enablers). So, question. How can I get a Table view on the desktop in the new experience? I’ve see pop up, yet I can’t reproduce it.
It’s a global table that’s filtered by a select set of labels. Even though the new UI doesn’t appear to have a rich advanced search with filtering; maybe it’s not discoverable for me yet. Honestly, I think the interaction may be featured flagged out of production and I accidentally made it appear.
Anyway. Can someone help me? Seems like a simple thing to do, no?
Best,
Rich
edit: added the screenshot. Wish I could access this view from the new UI/.
Workspace table view can be accessed from the bottom island

The 4-click clickpath you demonstrate here is precisely the clickpath that gives Gianito agita (because it used to be available via one click). But it does answer the OP’s question, so thanks!

Have you tried the Dashcard Powerup? You can assign it to filter by label (or many other filters) then you have one card that will give you a macro overview. This is especially helpful if you work with a team across multiple boards. In the example below, we have a Production board, a service scheduling board, and a board for active service projects. I can click on one card and see all the cards that meet the filter qualifications (Service Jobs example below).

Here's a major UX issue: accessing Calendar/Timeline views went from 1 click to 4 steps ("b" → workspace → scroll → click).
For teams using these views daily, this is a major regression. These features were pitched as game-changers but are now buried in menus.
@Trello Team, are improvements planned to restore direct access to workspace views?
