Seems like everyone’s talking about AI these days, and the University team is no exception! In case you missed it, we published two great AI-focused learning paths last quarter:
I found it really helpful to learn about the AI features in Atlassian products and see the possibilities of Rovo. They encouraged me to experiment with ways AI can make my job easier.
My current favorite is being able to summarize Confluence pages. Apologies to some of my longwinded colleagues, but sometimes I just want the main points! I also appreciate the natural language search in Jira. It makes it so much easier to find specific issues without having to mess with JQL or filters.
Have you tried out any AI features or taken those learning paths? What’s your favorite use case? Any tips for the rest of us?
@Emily McKeown I haven't had a chance to check out those learning paths yet (I've been on a certification crusade recently). I will absolutely check them out in the near future as I'm sure they will teach me about something I didn't know yet.
However, favorite AI feature? It has to be definitions! Our company is so large now and there are so many new codenames and acronyms popping up that it's hard to keep everything straight. Having a one click helper to tell me what something is means I don't have to switch products or context to go and look so that I understand what people are talking about.
That's a good one @Jimmy Seddon! I find myself using that feature when I come across a reference to an unfamiliar team at my company. Super helpful when there are a lot of teams and their names seem to change all the time!
