Purchase Order for Managing Jira Projects (ACP-610/ACP-620 Certification Prep)

The purchasing department of our company needs to send a purchase order to Atlassian in order to comply with internal processes.

Which email adress can the purchasing department send the purchase order to? And which postal adress can the purchase order be adressed to?

How long will it take until the voucher(s) are send out by Atlassian?

Welcome to the community.

As per Atlassian’s purchasing and licensing FAQs you can submit a purchase order to Atlassian as follows:

Begin by creating a quote from Atlassian’s secure online Quote & Order Form(scroll to the bottom to see courses + prep material you can buy from Atlassian university).On the final confirmation page, check the PO number box to add your PO number. The PO number will appear on your quote or invoice (valid for 30 days).

If you already have a quote or invoice, you can update the quote or invoice through my.atlassian.com 

Once logged in, select the Orders option at the top of the page. In the Quotes tab, you'll see your open quotes. Click Update PO# to add a purchase order number to your quote.

Once your quote has been created, you'll receive a copy via email. You can also access your quotes directly from my.atlassian.com

Note: Atlassian is happy to reference a PO number on a quote or invoice for your internal tracking and record keeping. However, they do not accept purchase orders as a form of payment nor the terms and conditions commonly associated with purchase orders.

Through the described steps I am just forwarded to the Atlassian University. But there I am asked to pay with card. Inside the Quote & Order Form I can not add any certifaction in the buy / quotation shopping cart.

How can I add 2x Managing Jira Projects (ACP-610/ACP-620 Certification Prep) into the buy shopping cart / quotation shopping cart when I am in the Quote & Order Form?

In order to direct your pucharising department's order towards an official Atlassian quotation please go to the Atlassian Contact Support page:

"There's no option to purchase multiple Certification vouchers in just a single transaction.

If you want a one-time payment for your team, we can offer Training credits quote. Please note that each of your team members need to redeem the vouchers individually using their Atlassian University account.

If you would like or request a quote for Training Credits, kindly share the following information for the quote:

• Company Name
• Training Credit Amount
• Billing Address
• Training Admin name, email address, and phone number
• Tax/VAT ID if applicable
• Payment Method: credit card or wire transfer"
