Is it worth taking a free and open‑book certification?

If you follow the process: absolutely!
The fact that a certification is free or open‑book does not diminish its importance.
Study the tool, complete the official training, and understand the message they want to convey.

My case:

I never imagined that a video‑recording tool could offer so many productivity features like Loom.
Understanding how Rovo can help teams deliver value with less effort: AI is just technology, how you use it is what makes the difference!
Forge is an incredible Serverless Rapid Development Platform for building applications in the Atlassian ecosystem --> Powerful.

My advice:
Enjoy the journey, engage with the community, learn something new.
You'll be surprised by your progress!

Well done @WESLEY DE SA TELES !

And I absolutely aggree with you. It still takes time and dedication to learn new skills and having a way to show that have completed the objectives set by a third party (in this case Atlassian) helps validate it.

I'm 2 out 3 for the certificates and looking forward to Jira & Confluence Essentials after that.

Happy learning!
