Anyone taken the ITSM with Jira Service Management Foundations exam? Looking for tips and reviewers

Hi guys! Just wondering if anyone here has taken the ITSM with Jira Service Management Foundations exam. How was it? Any tips or key areas to focus on? If you have any online reviewers or study materials you used, I’d really appreciate it if you could share. This will be my first ever Jira certification, so any advice helps. Hi, i take theexam. For prepartion is use the provided materials. Prepare for the ITSM with Jira Service Management Foundations certification | Learning - Atlassian Community Others was not needed . I think when you familar with the key concepts of ITSM and there topics in Jira Service management you are good to go for the exam.

Hi Kai, Thanks so much for sharing this! If you don’t mind me asking, do you happen to remember how many questions were on the exam? Were they all multiple choice? And do you know what the passing score was?

as i remember it was 28 Qeustions , and i scroe about 8XSomething% .

And the questions was multiple choice .  Read carefully the questions. In the questions are sometimes hints

yeah the whole time a protocr watches you via webcam.

Hey @Ree Kent  - thanks for your contribution on this topic. I am planning to also take the exam for "ITSM with JIRA Service Management Foundations Certification". 
Just to be clear: on the learning path website, I can find two main links (see them marked on the attachment below): one to a course (Adopt ITSM practices to deliver exceptional service) and another to an assessment test (ITSM with Jira Service Management Foundations certification prep resources). I completed both items, the course (which also contains some tests at the end of each lesson) and the assessment test. Is this material enough to be able to pass the exam? Or should I complete more courses related to the topic?
