Hi,

Out of the listed team shaping activities, I could see the roles and responsibilities and working agreements play will be a key thing as the each team members know their purpose in the team and how they can contribute to the goal of the team / project that they belong too. Also this will help us in making the other team members understand and collaborate between the team effectively.
