Connecting goals and spaces formerly known as projects

In a project-oriented organization, you work on projects and use work items, timelines, etc. Connecting these to project goals would be an ideal benefit. If these are transparently in the foreground, team members know why they are doing the project.

With Goals, Atlassian has provided the right platform app. How do you connect your goals with spaces? Or do you use projects for goals and spaces separately for processing tasks?

@Carsten Severin _KUMAVISION AG_ We don't use Goals because, as a B2B custom software shop, each 'space' represents a single client's product. Some clients have more than one product under development or support, but most don't. The Goals would have to be space-specific, which is kind of the opposite of the point.
