sourcetree for windows 7 installer fails (with log)

Installing on Win 7 64-bit.

Although we do use an Internet proxy server, I'm able to download the link mentioned below without any trouble from inside my browser. For some reason the installer can't download it.

Here is the error section of the installation log file:

Unfortunately Microsoft's ClickOnce installer only supports proxies where the authentication is NTLM. We've made an offline installer available for the moment: https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/149591/is-there-an-offline-installer-for-windows-version-of-sourcetree

Yes, I am using a proxy with NTLM authentication. But going through the proxy doesn't work.
