source tree only open in task manager

Whenever I try to open source tree nothing seems to happen. It appears open in task manager but under background processes. I have tried everything that I can think of to fix it but have had no luck. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

SOLVED - Had to delete the local data and the reopen source tree and that seemed to work
