Windows download archives missing?

I just updated to v3.4.29, and it's behaving very strangely when I select a new local branch. The display takes me to an old commit rather than the branch I just created. Sooo, I need to downgrade to v3.4.28, but that last 3 versions are not available on the archives page. The latest archive version is v3.4.26 from September 2025.

Anyone know where I can get v3.4.28 until 29 is fixed?
