When finishing feature with git flow in sourcetree, is it possible to let the feature branch merge directly/only into master branch instead of development?

SourceTree can do this, of course, but Seth is correct that it would be a pretty big deviation from GitFlow.

Absolutely. SourceTree can do this, but not with the Git Flow Finish button, which was what the user asked. Instead, you have to checkout master and merge.
