Unable to push to repository to master branch

Hi There,

Our company has bought license for bitbucket and implemented source control process recently. It's a small team of 10 people.

We have created projects and repositories in bitbucket and pushing, pulling code using sourcetree.

One of the developers (Developer A)have issues to push the code into repository from sourcetree but when he clicks the terminal in sourcetree and push using git command it works fine.

Another developer  (Developer B) can push into the same repository using sourcetree push button. How to resolve this issue?

I have attached the screenshot how it shows on sourcetree when we click push button on main screen.

The push button on screenshot doesn't do anything as there's no branch listed.
