UTF8 in SourceTree

Dear sir

Why some UTF8 files ( arabic texts) are displayed ok, but some others (again arabic UTF8) are displayed as question marks for unreadable characters?

Hi Abdolhosein,

It would suggest that the text isn't in UTF-8. How are you determining it's UTF-8?
