The login window always shows up and wont let me login

Dear Atlassian Team, 

Our Team is working together in Unity and to merge our Project we use sourceTree, so to Keep working a fast answer would be really appreciated by me.

2 Teammembers have the Problem, that while using source tree the Login window will Pop up when trying to fetch or pull and even when the right data is entered the window just Pops up again. 

I already reinstalled Source Tree but the Problem isnt solved, my account is authenticated when i check the remote/edit account section.

Hello Robin! Can you try the following:

1. Remove the account via the options screen
2. Try pulling again
3. Insert your username + password

If that doesn't work, try adding your account with OAuth:

1. Options > Accounts
2. Add a new account, but set "Authentication" to "OAuth"
3. Login, switch back to Sourcetree
4. Try pulling again

If you're still having issues, let us know which OS and Sourcetree version are you using.

Hello Ana thanks for the quick reply, 

I now tryed both Options, but None of them fixed the Problem.

Im using Windows 10 and Source Tree is on Version 2.4.8.0, the Authentication Window tells me that the Authentication is Ok.
