Sourcetree wont install

i just installed fresh win 8.1 and trying to install latest source tree 2.3.1 ,and on after i add my logins for atlantis, the setup crashes, and there is not description whats the problem.

Could you share some logs? What kind of error messages are you getting?

There are no logs... i get this when i try to install source tree..

Try resetting your internet explorer settings.

Go to IE --> Internet Options
Go the Advanced Tab.
Reset Internet Explorer settings --> Check the option for delete personal settings --> RESET

Try installing again and if that doesn't work out for you then you can check for the Error in the Event Viewer. It may happen because of corrupt user.config file as well. So you can delete it and try again

Search for Event Viewer from the start tab.
Windows Log --> Applications
See the entries for Error.
