Sourcetree setup ended prematurely

This is the first time I am trying to use sourcetree but whenever I try to install it I get an error. I have no clue what is wrong.

I get the same error on uninstall also. "source tree setup wizard ended prematurely"

What is the error? Can you provide any more details about what part of the installation process fails?
