Sourcetree cannot find my git installation, how to fix?

I'm running sourcetree in win8.1. I have a git installation (I can bash it, it works).  But Sourcetree refuses to detect or BROWSE (wtf?) my git installation.  What can I do?

Is SourceTree currently trying to use "System Git" or "Embedded Git". If you've got your own git installation, System Git is what you want. If you've got that set and it's not working, check whether git is on your PATH.
