SourceTree shows branch not merged when selected 'All Branches'

I got a weird situation. When I select 'All Branches' in SourceTree, the graph shows branch v4.41.03 is not merge to development branch. However, if I selected development branch from the filter, it shows branch v4.41.03 merged to development branch.

Where is commit 6df314a when you are showing all branches?

Edited - got mixed up between which screenshot was which.
