It is possible to distribute the app with predefined settings. So that our developers only need to run the prepared installation and all have the same settings.

Yes, you can install a customised default settings file for a user if you wish:

• Windows: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Atlassian\SourceTree.exe_Url_yjhzxxhcu2ommegrdorjf3q1oqllqxiq\0.9.4.0\user.config
  Note the hash and version number in the path - the hash is derived from the install location, that one above is from the default install path on x64 Windows, it may be different if you install elsewhere. You only need to do it once, the settings will be upgraded with versions as they are applied.
• Mac: ~/Library/Preferences/com.torusknot.SourceTreeNotMAS.plist

These are for the settings in Tools > Options or Preferences. If you want to copy bookmarks you can find them here:

• Windows: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Atlassian\SourceTree\bookmarks.xml
• Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/SourceTree/browser.plist
