Hi,
I recently discovered that the university at which I am working does not have any git client for the students to use. The IT service department asked me to suggest a client that they may install on the university network, but they also need some assurances regarding licensing. I gather that you request users to register for SourceTree after 30 days, but it is unclear if the same process would apply when installing for an entire university?
Moreover, what would an academic license cost?

SourceTree's license is free for both Personal and Commercial use. To streamline license installation, check out the knowledge base.
Thanks. That ought to be enough to convince them.
