When I go to http://sourcetreeapp.com/ on a Windows 7 computer and download ST for Windows. The first time I ran the installer, I had to reboot. Every other time I run the installer, it gets about 40% through before it pops up an error saying something about corrupt files downloaded. When I click 'details' it gives me what I pasted below.
I'm on a Windows 7 Enterprise service pack 1 computer with Admin rights.

Please can you retry - unfortunately when a ClickOnce install gets interrupted somehow this kind of error can occur. In all cases I've seen so far, retrying resolved the issue.
I have tried three times so far. I can restart and try again, though. I'll let you know the results
