SourceTree fails to start

SourceTree fails to start on my machine from this morning. 

Running Windows 10, build 1607
Running SourcTree version 1.9.6.2

So far I have tried:

  1. Uninstall / Reboot / Reinstall
  2. Clean up the contents of C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Atlassian

Same here, cant make SourceTree for Windows work on my machine. Will have to settle with other option.
