SourceTree changing LFS files

Hello, I have a bitbucket repository with a lot of LFS files, I've tried to clone it on a second PC but SourceTree keeps doing small edits to all LFS files which break the entire project (since each file has a .meta files that no longer recognizes it after that). I've tried it both with and without LFS Media Adapter. Is there anything I can do to recover my project using SourceTree?
