Remote and local branch is not in sync in source tree

Hi,

I have two local repositories on my local machine which points to same remote repository. I have only one branch on remote which is "master". The problem is when i update master on one repository and push it to remote server, "origin/master" is updated and shown in source tree for that repository. However, on another repository, "origin/master" still points to old commits unless i do git pull manually on this repo. I think source tree should automatically shown when "origin/master" and local master are out of sync. I am using ssh keys for pulling and pushing on gitlab. I have also set up keys in source tree still no luck. I am using gitlab for remote server.

You cut your options dialog just slightly too short. There is another setting to "Check default remotes for updates every ___ minutes". That setting will cause SourceTree to automatically run "git fetch" commands, which are what you need in order to see the up-to-date position of the origin branches.
