Recover the deleted files not in repository

I accidentally deleted some local files which are not in repository in SourceTree. Can anyone advise how I can restore those files.

Environment: Windows 8

Even though you caused your problem inside SourceTree, the solution has nothing to do with SourceTree. Use any of these tools/methods to undelete your file.

Jason- you said it was not in repository .  so you never committed?
