I have an account and am trying to setup a new laptop but when I enter my email address and password, it seems to hang and not proceed to installing a fresh download of the latest release...

 

Any thoughts?

Hi Ronald, what is happening exactly? Are you getting a blank screen? The spinner keeps loading forever? It doesn't accept your credentials? Are you on Windows or Mac?

Please provide some more info so we can help :)
