Need assistance for Jira cloud to server migration

I need to migrate form from Jira cloud instance (zephyr plugin installed with few custom fields added)| to Jira server instance without affecting the test cases, execution and users added in the loud instance.

Is this possible?

If yes, which version of Server instance is compatible for the required migration.
