RemoteAccessException: Could not access HTTP invoker remote service at [http://hams.intsys.atlassian.com/remoting/1.0/ExternalAccountManagementService]; nested exception is java.io.IOException: Did not receive successful HTTP response: status code = 503, status message = [Service Unavailable]

 

I don't know why..

You posted this 3h ago. Try again now. If it succeeds, it was some something transient. If not, you probably have a firewall or something else blocking the traffic.
