Keyboard shortcut for add

If I browse the context menu, Actions and Add, the keyboard shortcut for Add should be Ctrl+Shift+=

But it's not working.

However Ctrl+Shift++ is working.

Could it be because I use a Swedish keyboard layout, please see attached image.

Or is the displayed text just simply incorrect, regardless of keyboard layout?

Ah, that's just my bad captioning - the underlying key binding is to 'OemPlus' it just so happens that the primary function of that key on US/UK keyboards is '='. I'll change the label.
