Installing SourceTree in an air-gapped environment

We are installing SourceTree in an air-gapped environment with no internet access. The installation of SourceTree does not complete because it is unable to download additional software. Is there a complete download available?

SourceTree attempts to download a copy of Git and and copy of Hg and install them into the %localappdata%\Atlassian\SourceTree folder. However SourceTree will work with existing installations of Git and Hg.

There is no complete download, but you could use these instructions for a 'silent' installation https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/SOURCETREEKB/SourceTree+Silent+Installation+-+Windows to get the same result.

Assuming you are in on a Windows machine.
