Just downloaded Sourcetree_4.0.2_236 from the Sourcetree website and received the following message - "Sourcetree' can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software."

Welcome to the community!

Since the Mac M1 released and new updates are available for all Apple devices, this issue has been faced by a few users.

You can uninstall it and clean install the SourceTree in your device.
