1. What hosting service are you using?
2. What version of Sourcetree are you using?
3. Is this on macOS or Windows?
4. What is the error message you are seeing?
5. Has this account been added to Sourcetree?
6. If yes, is it using Basic vs OAuth? and ssh vs https?

Any steps and screenshots would help.
