I recently upgraded my authorization to GitHub from SourceTree from Basic to OAuth.
Things worked well for a few days but since yesterday, when I try tp push from my local repository to GitHub I get a popup to log into Github. After I enter my username and password and click Login, I get the following error message :
git -c diff.mnemonicprefix=false -c core.quotepath=false --no-optional-locks push -v --tags origin master:master
Logon failed, use ctrl+c to cancel basic credential prompt.
Pushing to https://JeffreyBerliner@github.com/JeffreyBerliner/WinDecar.git
Completed with errors, see above.
The result is that I can no longer push my local repository changes to GitHub
I am currently running SourceTree 3.3.6 on Windows-10
Please help me solve this serious problem
Thank you,
Jeff Berliner
