I clicked "Stop Tracking" without intent but need to track the file again. How can I do this?

I clicked this section, and Git has stopped tracking the file. Is there a way to track it again?
I have viewed `.gitignore`, yet it doesn't seem to be ignored. I have also tried going to the directory of the file and using `git add *`. Is there any way to reverse this?
