How to get Sourcetree 2.1 license for MacOS X 10.9.5

I have an old Mac which can only run MacOS X 10.9.5 (Mavericks). I recently installed Sourcetree 2.1, the highest version that supports Mavericks. It ask me to register for free but the link provided does not work. Without registration, I can only use it for 30 days.

I am wondering if there is any solution. Thanks a lot in advance.
