How do I configure which plink.exe binary is used by SourceTree

My SSH keys work fine from other machines, and troubleshooting what is wrong on the configuration of this machine is outside the scope of what I want to engage in. mSysGit will correctly clone using the PAgeant.exe-cached key pair and GIT_SSH binary link to my chocolatey-installed PLINK.EXE, but SourceTree is rather insistent about using the bundled version.

Is it possible to redirect Sourcetree to cooperate with the configured environment variable?

I would recommend not to use plink at all, because it has very bad performance (factor 40x) compared to OpenSSH:
