How can i skip screen: Log in to your Atlassian Account.

When i try first time open SourceTree it ask me account but I haven't got internet, i have a license file.

Is it normal, that i need copy some files from another SourceTree installetion?? I think it should be another offical result.

Since 1.8, SourceTree no longer appears to offer a user-friendly way to do offline installations. There is a feature request here that you should vote up: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/SRCTREEWIN-5417
