What's going on inside the SourceTree terminal? It's similar to a Unix shell, but there's other things going on, for instance the (partial?) list of commands that printed before the new prompt every time a command completes. Some Unix commands work, others don't. Is there a way to expand the width? It would be nice to understand what I'm dealing with.
