Having issues logging into either GitHub or Bitbucket from Sourcetree

Hi,

Using Sourcetree 1.9.4.1, MAC OS X 10.9.

Unable to log into either

GitHub (Error Msg: Login Error, Login failed for your GitHub account., The remote service said: 'Login error').

or Bitbucket (Error Msg: Login failed for your Bitbucket account., The remote service said: 'lexical error: invalid char in json text., Invalid Authorization Header').

Looking forward to using your software and services but can't !

There are certain special characters that will prevent authentication if they are used in the password. I don't know what those are, but if you use special characters, try changing your password.

I think someone who has this issue should file a bug report.

I just experienced this issue with the character "¤" - removing this from the password, fixed the login issue...
