Got this error 'SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate ' when used SourceTree on my Laptop.

I'm sorry I don't know the exact reason, that error usually occurs with self-signed SSL certs. But since you are access https://bitbucket.org that shouldn't be an issue.
Do you have any problems browsing to https://bitbucket.org any indication that the SSL very is not being verified?
